Your account
What do I need to sign up?
A mobile number in your own name. To trade, you then verify your identity: national ID number, a photo of your national card, and a photo of yourself. The mobile number must belong to the same national ID; we check that against the Shahkar registry.
How long does verification take?
Part of the check is automatic and part is done by a reviewer. If a document is unreadable or does not match what you entered, you see the reason on the same screen and can send it again.
Why should I turn on two-step sign-in?
Because a password on its own gets stolen. With two-step sign-in, someone who has your password still cannot get in without your phone. Turning it on from the security section of your profile takes two minutes.
Trading
Is the price I see the price I trade at?
When you enter an amount, you get a quote with a firm price and a stated lifetime. Confirm within that time and the trade happens at exactly that price, even if the market moved in between. If the time runs out, you get a fresh quote.
Where do the prices come from?
From several Iranian exchanges and sources at once. We take the median so that one source being wrong does not move our price, and when the sources do not agree closely enough, we do not publish a price at all.
What is a limit order?
An order that only fills when the price reaches the figure you set. Its amount is set aside when you place it, so the balance is there when the price arrives. Until it fills, you can cancel it.
Deposits and withdrawals
Why doesn't a withdrawal to a new address or account go through straight away?
Every new destination has a waiting period. Someone who gets into your account adds their own destination first; the gap gives you time to notice and stop it.
Why is my withdrawal waiting for approval?
Every withdrawal is approved by someone other than the person who requested it. Nobody — including the exchange's own staff — can approve their own request.
What happens if I send crypto on the wrong network?
Each network has its own address, and Tether sent on a different network does not arrive at yours. Before sending, compare the network named on the deposit screen with the network your sending wallet uses.
The peer-to-peer market
Is my money safe in a peer-to-peer trade?
The seller's asset is locked in the exchange's escrow before the trade starts, and is released only when the seller confirms payment arrived or a reviewer settles a dispute. Never send money or hand over an asset outside the trade screen.
What is the trade contract?
A text both sides accept before trading; the version accepted is recorded on the trade receipt. The full text is always available on the contract page.
Fees
What do I pay?
When you buy or sell, the difference between the buying and selling price is the fee; nothing else is deducted. Crypto withdrawals carry a network fee. The full table is on the fees page.
