Before your first offer
- Your identity verification must be complete.
- The asset you are selling must be in your balance; for each trade, that amount is locked in escrow.
- The accounts you receive payment in must be in your own name.
Creating an offer
- 1On the peer-to-peer market, choose "New offer".
- 2Set the asset, the price per unit, and the smallest and largest amount per trade.
- 3Choose one or more receiving accounts. The buyer picks one of them when trading.
- 4Read and accept the trade contract. The version accepted is recorded on every trade's receipt.
When someone buys from your offer
- 1The trade's amount is locked from your balance in escrow.
- 2Within the payment window, the buyer pays into the account they chose and uploads the receipt.
- 3You check your bank account.
- 4Once you see the full amount in your account, you confirm payment and the asset goes to the buyer.
Confirming payment cannot be undone. Confirm only once you have seen the money in your own account; a receipt, a text message the buyer forwards, or a promise is not enough.
If the buyer does not pay
If the payment window passes and the buyer has not marked the trade paid, it expires automatically and the asset returns to your balance. You do not need to do anything.
If there is a disagreement
If the buyer marked the trade paid but no money reached your account, or the amount is short, open a dispute. The asset stays in escrow until a reviewer decides. The reviewer looks at the receipts, the trade chat, and whatever evidence both sides send.
Completion rate
How many trades you have completed successfully is shown beside your offer. Buyers trust offers with a strong record, and a seller who abandons many trades part-way gets a warning flag.
Where your tomans are at each step of a currency trade
In a currency room your tomans are locked by the exchange and the seller sends the currency to your own account abroad. This guide says where your money is at each step and what releases it.

Trading safely peer-to-peer
In the peer-to-peer market you trade directly with other customers. The exchange holds the asset in escrow so that neither side can cheat the other — as long as you keep to these few rules.
