The dispute centre: a safe stop, reviewed by a supervisor

If money did not arrive, or the amount or account did not match, raise a dispute. The escrow stays locked, both sides' evidence is seen, and a person — not a clock — decides.

When to raise a dispute

A dispute is possible once payment has been claimed: when the payer says they paid and the receiver sees nothing, when the amount or currency is wrong, when the sending account does not match what was declared, when the other side stops answering, or when the transfer bounced. Before payment is claimed there is no need: the payer can cancel, and the receiver only has to wait for the window to close.

How to raise one

  1. 1On the trade's page, press "Raise a dispute".
  2. 2Choose the kind of problem from the list and say what happened in a sentence or two.
  3. 3Upload your receipt, screenshot or bank statement in the trade's conversation. Only the other side and the exchange's staff see it.

What happens next

  • The escrow — the seller's crypto or the buyer's tomans — stays locked from that moment and is not released until the outcome is announced.
  • Both sides see by when the staff expect evidence. That deadline guides people; it is not a clock that decides for anybody.
  • One reviewer takes the case, so two do not decide it at once.
  • The reviewer reads the conversation, the reference and the receipts and makes one of two decisions: release the escrow to the payer, or return it to its owner. There is no third.
  • The outcome and its reason are shown to both sides and stay on the trade's receipt.

The case's path

Dispute raised → funds frozen → both sides' evidence → supervisor's decision. Your cases are listed under the market's "Disputes".

The decision is carried out on the platform and does not remove your right to pursue the matter at law.
