What a statement is
A statement is made for every Persian calendar month in which you had an account. Months are counted in Tehran time: a trade made at 23:50 on the last day of Shahrivar is in Shahrivar's statement, whatever time the servers show.
What is in it
- The balance of each asset at the start and end of the month
- Every deposit and withdrawal, with its date and reference
- Every trade, with its price and amount
- The fees paid
Each month's closing balance is exactly the next month's opening balance. If you compare them and they do not match, contact support; that is exactly what a statement exists to catch.
Where to find it
In your activity, open "Monthly statement". Choose a month to see the detail, or print it.
Statement email
In the first days of each month, the previous month's statement is emailed to you — each statement once. If you would rather not receive it, switch the email off on the statement page itself. The statement stays available in your account.
A statement is a record for your own files. If you need it for bookkeeping or a tax return, keep the printed copy each month.
- Buying tether with tomans, step by stepThere are two ways to buy tether here: from the exchange at a firm price, or from other customers in the peer-to-peer market. This guide covers both.
- How the price you see is builtMarket rate, spread, fee and the firm price: where each number comes from, and why buying and selling prices differ.
- Limit orders and recurring buysNo need to sit watching the screen: set the price you want to buy or sell at, or buy a fixed amount automatically every day, week or month.
- Price alertsWhen a currency, tether or gold reaches the number you set, you are told — even with the app closed.
