Limit orders

You set the amount you pay and the least you will accept for it — after spread and fee. The platform checks the market several times a minute, and as soon as the price is reached it carries out the trade under the same rules as an ordinary one.

  • The order's amount is reserved from the moment you place it, so it cannot be spent elsewhere.
  • It lasts up to 90 days (30 by default). If the price is not reached in that time, the order expires and the amount is released.
  • Cancel it whenever you like; the reserved amount comes back at once.
  • If, when the price is reached, your trading limit or verification status does not allow the trade, the order fails once, the reason is recorded, and the amount is released.

Recurring buys

A fixed amount bought automatically at a regular interval — daily, weekly or monthly. The first buy happens within the first few minutes and the next one is scheduled.

  • Nothing is reserved in advance; each run spends from your balance at that moment.
  • If a run cannot go through because of your balance or a limit, you see why, and the next run keeps its date.
  • Three failed runs in a row pause the recurring buy and tell you. Resume it once the cause is fixed.
  • If market prices are briefly unavailable, that is the exchange's problem, not yours: the run happens when prices return and is not counted as a failure.

Limit orders and recurring buys are not advice or a forecast; they are a way to carry out a decision you have made.
