Depositing tomans

1. 1On the deposit screen, choose tomans and bank transfer.
2. 2Transfer the amount from an account in your own name to the exchange account shown on the same screen.
3. 3Enter the bank's reference number and the time of the transfer.
4. 4A reviewer matches the transfer against the bank statement and your balance goes up.

Transfers from someone else's account are not accepted. The name on the sending account must match yours.

Depositing Tether

Every customer has their own address on each network, and it does not change; send to it again and it still arrives in your account.

1. 1On the deposit screen, choose Tether and the network.
2. 2Copy the address and send from your wallet on the same network.
3. 3The transaction appears in your activity as pending, and its confirmations grow with each new block.
4. 4Once it has enough confirmations, your balance goes up.

Registering a withdrawal destination

Before your first withdrawal you register where it goes: an IBAN (Sheba) for tomans, or a wallet address and network for Tether. Every new destination has a waiting period before it can be used.

The wait seems a nuisance until the day someone gets hold of your password. A thief's first move is to add their own destination, and the gap gives you time to see the alert and lock the account.

Withdrawing

1. 1Choose the asset, the amount and one of your approved destinations.
2. 2The amount is set aside from your available balance.
3. 3A reviewer other than the requester approves it.
4. 4The money is sent, and the bank reference or the network's transaction hash is recorded on the withdrawal.

If something went wrong

• A toman deposit was not confirmed: compare the reference and the amount with your bank receipt; the reason for a rejection is on the same screen.
• Tether arrived but was not credited: check the network you sent on. If it was the right one, it has not reached the confirmations needed yet.
• A withdrawal is still waiting: withdrawals are reviewed in the order they were made. If it is taking long, contact support with the withdrawal's reference.
