Transfer routes

Each destination country is a route, with a payout currency, a payout method and a typical time to arrive. The routes open right now are shown as a grid of flags on the Send money page.

Steps

  1. 1Choose the destination country.
  2. 2Choose a recipient, or enter a new one's details. Recipients are saved for next time.
  3. 3Type the amount; what the recipient receives updates beside it as you type.
  4. 4Before confirming, see the rate, the fee, the final amount and the expected arrival.
  5. 5Once confirmed you get a tracking number, and the transfer's progress is under Activity.

What can slow a transfer

  • Missing or wrong recipient details; write the name exactly as on their bank account.
  • Bank holidays in the destination country.
  • Compliance checks for large amounts, which happen before sending.
